Je n’ai pas pu aller au rendez vous car je n’ai jamais reçu de confirmation ni par e-mail ni par texto. La mauvaise adresse e-mail était entrée ; la secrétaire a confirmé le rendez vous sans recevoir de message d’erreur. Ce n’est pas normal. Il faudrait y remédier.
